摘 要:“教―学―评”一致性是有效教学的基本原理,为突破高师院校教师教育类课程的教学困囿提供了理论支撑。以典型的教师教育类课程《中学化学课程标准与教材研究》为例,以化学师范专业179名学生为研究对象,分为实验组与控制组进行教学实验,阐明了一致性在课程中呈现的具体过程。研究发现,追求一致性的教学效果(实验组)优于常态教学的效果(控制组),并且实验组中完成度较高的学生的最终学业水平显著高于其他学生。基于教学实践认为,教师的教是触发条件,学生的学是核心目的,对学生学习的评价是促进、落实手段,三者共同形成一个有机的整体。学生学习活动的开展是实现“教―学―评”一致性的重要支撑。Teaching-Learning-Assessment alignment is considered as a basic principle of effective teaching,which provides theoretical support for breaking through the teacher education curriculum in normal universities.Taking“Research on High School Chemistry Curriculum Standards and Textbooks”as an example,which is a typical teacher education course,179 students majoring in chemistry were divided into experimental group and control group for teaching experiment.This paper illustrates the process of Teaching-Learning-Assessment alignment in the curriculum.Through the experimental study,it is found that the teaching effect of pursuing Teaching-Learning-Assessment alignment(experimental group)is better than that of normal teaching(control group),and the final academic level of the students with higher completion degree in the experimental group is significantly higher than that of other students.Based on teaching practice,it is believed that the teaching is the triggering condition,and learning is the core objective.The evaluation of students'learning is a means to promote and implement it,and the three together form an organic whole.The development of students'learning activities is an important support for achieving Teaching-Learning-Assessment alignment.
