摘  要:重庆火锅,又称毛肚火锅或麻辣火锅,系四大菜系之一的川菜系饮食,是中国传统饮食方式之一。重庆火锅起源于明末清初的重庆嘉陵江畔、朝天门等码头船工纤夫的粗放餐饮方式,其主要原料是毛肚、鸭肠、牛血或者鸭血等。Do you know Chongqing hot pot?As a local in Chongqing,I am happy to enjoy a hot pot with my family or friends from time to time.Today,let me introduce this popular dish to you.The origins(起源)of Chongqing hot pot can be traced back to the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.It is said that during that time,the boatmen working along the Jialing River and the Chaotianmen Wharf would cook food by boiling it in a large pot.The boatmen would add different spices and other ingredients to the hot pot.The spices are the soul of the hot pot,which can help drive away the coldness and dampness(湿气).
