摘 要:随着创新创业教育在高等教育领域的快速发展,传统的课程教学模式已无法满足学生对实践能力和创新意识的需求。发酵工程是生物技术实现产业化的重要支撑,做好“发酵工程”课程建设,是生物工程专业人才培养质量的关键。文章提出一种基于创新创业教育背景下“发酵工程”课程教学改革方案,该方案包括教学内容的重构、教学方法和教学模式的优化及课程考评机制的完善等方面的改革措施,旨在培养学生的创新思维和实践能力,提高教学质量,促进具有创新思维、创业能力的发酵工程卓越人才的培养。With the rapid development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the field of higher education,the traditional course teaching model has been unable to meet the needs of students for practical ability and innovative consciousness.Fermentation engineering technology is the key to realize the industrialization of biotechnology,and the construction of“Fermentation Engineering”courses plays an important role in training high-quality bioengineering professionals.A teaching reform plan of“Fermentation Engineering”based on the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education is puts forwarded,which includes the reconstruction of teaching content,the optimization of teaching methods and teaching modes,and the improvement of curriculum evaluation mechanism,in order to cultivate students’innovative thinking and practical ability,to improve teaching quality,and to promote the cultivation of fermentation engineering talents with innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability.
