摘  要:高职院校教师的教学能力是高职院校办学水平的重要体现,也是衡量高职院校教学质量的重要因素,提高高职院校教师教学能力是现阶段我国教育领域十分重要的工作任务之一。高职院校要完善教师培训模式,增强教师敬业意识,提升教师职业素质和教学基本技能,以适应新时代的要求。The teaching ability of teachers in vocational colleges is an important embodiment of the level of school running,and also an important factor in measuring the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,improving the teaching ability of higher vocational college teachers is one of the important tasks in the current education field in China.In order to meet the requirements of the new era,higher vocational colleges should improve the training mode of teachers,and teachers should enhance their professional awareness,boost their professional quality and improve their basic teaching skills.
