摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法快速检测食品中12种常见添加剂的分析方法。方法:样品经固相萃取前处理后,经C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇和甲酸乙酸铵为流动相进行梯度洗脱,DAD检测器检测,外标法定量分析。结果:12种添加剂在0.5~50.0μg·mL^(-1)线性相关性良好,相关系数均高于0.999,方法检出限为0.008 0~0.095 2 mg·kg^(-1),回收率在85.07%~104.18%,RSD为0.6%~4.2%。结论:该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、分辨率高、分析速度快,可在16 min内完成食品中12种添加剂的快速检测。Objective:To establish a rapid analytical method for the determination of 12 common additives in food by high performance liquid chromatography.Method:After solid-phase extraction pretreatment,the sample was passed through a C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5µm),with methanol and ammonium formate acetate as mobile phases for gradient elution,DAD detector detection,and external standard method for quantitative analysis.Result:The 12 additives had good linear correlation in the concentration range of 0.5~50.0µg·mL^(-1),and the correlation coefficients were all higher than 0.999.The method detection limit was 0.0080~0.0952 mg·kg^(-1),and the recovery rate was 85.07%~104.18%,and the RSD was 0.6%~4.2%.Conclusion:This method is simple to operate,has high sensitivity,high resolution and fast analysis speed,and can complete the rapid detection of 12 additives in food within 16 minutes.
