摘  要:目的探讨病例汇报演讲比赛促进内科住院医师临床思维提升的应用。方法选取丽水市中心医院2019届内科住院医师规范化培训的23名住院医师参加病例演讲比赛,通过初赛选出10名优秀选手进入决赛,由评委进行评分和点评,比赛前后对住院医师进行满意度调查。结果住院医师经过精心准备,表现出色,取得优异成绩,比赛后对内科住培教学满意度提高,大部分住院医师认为临床汇报比赛对提高自身临床思维有帮助。结论临床病例汇报比赛是一种锻炼住院医师临床思维较好的教学方法,能够提高住院医师的综合能力,值得推广应用并形成长效机制。Objective To explore the application of case report speech competitions in promoting the clinical thinking of internal medicine residents.Methods Twenty three third year residents under standardized training of internal medicine at Hospital in 2019 were selected to participate in a case speech competition.After a preliminary competition,10 exceptional contestants were secected to advance to the finals.The judges evaluated and provided feedback to the contestants,as well as gathered data on resident satisfaction before and after the competition.Results The residents showed great preparation and performed exceptionally well,resulting in excellent outcomes.Following the competition,their satisfaction with the internal medicine residency training teaching increased significantly.A majority of the residents expressed that the clinical report competition was instrumental in enhancing their clinical thinking abilities.Conclusion The clinical case report speech competition is a valuable teaching method that enhances the clinical thinking and overall abilities of resident physicians.It is highly recommended to promote and implement this method,and establish a long-term mechanism.
