摘　　要：高职教师信息化教学能力的提升是教育现代化发展的重要方向。慕课作为一种新型的教学资源和平台,其建设和运营过程促使高职教师运用现代信息技术手段提供丰富多样的教学素材、教学方法和学习方法。以慕课建设为切入点,探讨宏观、中观、微观等方面对高职教师信息化教学能力的影响因素,即学校层面、信息化教学环境和教师因素。通过总结慕课建设过程中教师信息化方面所呈现出的突出问题,有针对性地提出了提升高职教师信息化教学能力的具体措施和建议,旨在探讨高职教师如何提升自身的信息化教学能力,更好地适应信息化时代的发展,促进教育的现代化进程。The promotion of higher vocational teachers’information-based teaching ability is an important direction for the development of education modernization.As a new type of teaching resource and platform,MOOC construction and operation process urge higher vocational teachers to use modern information technology to provide a variety of teaching materials,teaching methods and learning methods.By summarizing the obvious problems in the informatization of teachers in the course of MOOC construction,this paper puts forward specific measures and suggestions to improve the informatization teaching ability of higher vocational teachers.
