摘  要:近年来,高校食堂食品安全事件频发,引起了社会的广泛关注。当前,国家不断出台校园食品卫生安全规范,深入开展校园食品安全排查整治行动,已取得显著成效,但现阶段我国尚未形成完备的校园食品安全管理体系,高校食堂依然是食品安全事故高发的重点领域。鉴于此,本文研究了高校食堂食品安全管理存在的问题及对策,为我国高校食堂食品安全共治共建共享新格局的建立提供参考。In recent years,the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents in college canteens has aroused widespread concern in society.At present,China continues to introduce campus food hygiene and safety norms,in-depth investigation and rectification of campus food safety actions,has achieved remarkable results,but at this stage,China has not yet formed a complete campus food safety management system,college dining halls are still the key areas of high incidence of food safety accidents.In view of this,this paper studies the existing problems and countermeasures of food safety management in college canteens,and provides reference for the establishment of a new pattern of co-governance,co-construction and sharing of food safety in college canteens in China.
