摘 要:目的分析不同年龄段学习者对军事职业教育在线课程的满意度。方法2021年1—6月,通过方便抽样,以自编满意度问卷和学习动机简易评定量表为工具,在海军范围内发放10000份问卷,有效回收8124份(81.24%)。结果不同年龄段学习者对于军事职业教育在线课程14个方面的满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),进一步SNK检验显示,<20岁学习者满意度均最高;不同年龄段学习者学习动机水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),<20岁学习者动机弱的百分比相对最低(13.08%),动机强的百分比较高(42.11%)。结论不同年龄段学习者对军事职业教育在线线课程满意度不同,<20岁满意度最高,提示应关注满意度低的群体,深入贯彻“以学生为本”,提升在线课程满意度。Objective To analyze the satisfaction of learners of different ages with online courses of military vocational education.Methods 10000 questionnaires were distributed within the Navy with self-made satisfaction questionnaire and simple learning motivation rating scale as tools from January to June 2021 through convenient sampling,and 8124(81.24%)were effectively recovered.Results There were statistically significant dif-ferences in the satisfaction of 14 aspects of online courses in military vocational education among learners of different ages(P<0.05).Further SNK test showed that the satisfaction of learners<20 years old was the highest,there was statistically significant difference in the level of learning moti-vation among learners of different ages(P<0.05).The percentage of weak motivation of learners<20 years old was relatively the lowest(13.08%),and the percentage of strong motivation was higher(42.11%).Conclusion Learners of different age groups have different satisfaction with online courses in military vocational education,the highest satisfaction is<20 years old,pay attention to personnel groups with low satisfaction,thoroughly implement'student-oriented'and improve online course satisfaction.
