摘  要:“食品感官评价”课程是本科食品专业人才培养中重要的课程组成部分。围绕学校食品科学与工程专业人才的培养目标,为实现课程思政“三全育人”的要求,需要不断提升课程思政教育融入“食品感官评价”课程的效果。通过分析传统课程思政教育的不足,结合“食品感官评价”课程的特点,总结课程中引入课程思政的有效途径和措施。在实施过程中,通过搭建与思政教育目标相适应的实验环境和评价体系,培养学生的责任意识、创新能力和团队合作精神。同时,总结“一核三维”课程思政建设模式的经验,对实施“食品感官评价”课程的教学方法、课程设计和学生评估等环节融入思政元素的方法进行探讨,建立课程思政考核评价机制,为高校“食品感官评价”课程中思政教育的教学改革提供借鉴和探索。The course of“Food Sensory Evaluation”is an important component of undergraduate food major talent training.In order to fulfill the requirements of comprehensive education in moral,intellectual,and physical aspects of students and achieve the integration of ideological and political education in the course,it is necessary to continuously improve the effectiveness of incorporating ideological and political education into the“Food Sensory Evaluation”course.Analyze the shortcomings of traditional ideological and political education in the curriculum,and combine the characteristics of the food sensory evaluation course to summarize effective approaches and measures to introduce ideological and political education into the course.In the implementation process,it cultivates students’sense of responsibility,innovative ability,and teamwork spirit by establishing experimental environments and evaluation systems that align with the goals of ideological and political education.At the same time,summarize the experience of the“one core and three-dimensional”curriculum ideological and political construction model,discuss the methods of incorporating ideological and political elements into teaching methods,curriculum design,and student assessment in the implementation of the“Food Sensory Evaluation”course,and establish a curriculum ideological and political assessment mechanism.It provides reference and exploration for the educational reform of ideological and political education in the“Food Sensory Evaluation”course in universities.
