同课异构教学实践模式下英语专业师范生的学习研究

摘  要:本研究基于社会文化理论,通过收集、分析师范生反思报告、访谈等数据,探究同课异构教学实践模式对英语专业师范生教师学习的影响,及促使师范生在同课异构教学实践中教师学习发生的因素。研究发现,同课异构教学实践模式有助于师范生提升学习投入、感知教学问题以及形成实践性反思意识。同课异构带来的同伴压力、合作学习、双重身份构建和多重情感体验等因素能够在教学实践中激发师范生的竞争意识、教研意识、问题意识和反思意识,并丰富师范生实践性知识,进而促使教师学习有效发生。Based on socio-cultural theory,this study explored the influence of Tong Ke Yi Gou(“Same lesson and different design”)on English major student teachers’learning-to-teach and how this approach promoted the occurrence of learning-to-teach.It was found that Tong Ke Yi Gou can help student teachers to enhance learning engagement,to perceive teaching problems,and to develop a sense of reflective practice.Factors such as peer pressure,cooperative learning,dual identity construction and multiple emotional experiences brought about by Tong Ke Yi Gou could stimulate student teachers’sense of competition,sense of teaching and research,sense of problems and sense of reflection,as well as enriching student teachers’practical knowledge,which could lead to the effective occurrence of learning to teach.
