摘 要:为研究齿轨车辆-轨道(齿轨)系统动态特性,基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论和齿轮动力学原理建立了考虑齿轮-齿轨非线性啮合行为和轮轨非线性接触特性的齿轨车辆-轨道(齿轨)系统空间耦合动力学模型,并开展工程线路动力学试验验证了本模型的有效性.在此基础上,研究了齿轨车辆-轨道(齿轨)系统的基本振动特性以及轨道随机不平顺对齿轮-齿轨系统动态啮合行为的影响机制.研究结果表明,本文建立的齿轨车辆-轨道(齿轨)系统动力学模型具有良好的准确性和可靠性;轨道随机不平顺对齿轨车辆振动有较大影响,齿轮-齿轨系统垂向和纵向振动受不平顺激励影响较小,而横向振动则受到明显影响;齿轮-齿轨系统对轨道高低和水平不平顺敏感程度较低,而方向和轨距不平顺则明显使齿轮-齿轨系统啮合不稳定,因此建议通过减小轨道横向不平顺来提高齿轮-齿轨系统稳定性,以保证齿轨车辆的安全平稳运行.To study the dynamic characteristics of the rack vehicle-track(rack)system,based on the vehicle-track coupled dynamics theory and gear dynamics principle,a spatially coupled dynamic model of the rack vehicle-track(rack)system considering the nonlinear meshing behavior of the gear-rack and nonlinear contact characteristics of the wheel-rail is established.The effectiveness of the model is verified by the engineering line dynamics test.The basic vibration characteristics of the rack vehicle-track(rack)system and the influence mechanism of track random irregularity on the dynamic meshing behavior of the gear-rack system are investigated on this premise.The results demonstrate that the dynamic model of the rack vehicle-track(rack)system established in this paper has good accuracy and reliability.The random irregularity excitation has little effect on the vertical and longitudinal vibrations of the gear-rack system,but it has a substantial effect on the lateral vibration.The gear-rack system is less sensitive to vertical and roll rregularities,while the irregularities of the lateral and gauge make the gear-rack system unstable.Therefore,it is advised to increase the stability of the gear-rack system by reducing the transverse irregularity of the track to ensure the safe and stable operation of the rack vehicle.
