摘 要:教育家精神是培养新时代大国良师、加快教育强国建设的重要精神力量。教育家精神在教师个体发展、教师队伍建设、社会教育境界等方面体现其内在价值体系。理想信念作为价值底色、道德情操作为重要尺度、育人智慧作为实践力量、躬耕态度作为动力支持、仁爱之心作为情感基调、弘道追求作为发展方向,构成为教育家精神结构的生动表达。推动教育家精神之生发,需围绕教育家精神的本质和结构,以三“立”、三“教”、三“心”、三“情”为实践维度,进而充分展现中国教育家精神的独特性和时代性。The spirit of educators is an important spiritual force in cultivating excellent teachers for a great country in the new era and accelerating the construction of a strong country in education.The spirit of educators reflects its inherent value system in the individual development of teachers,the construction of teacher teams,and the realm of social education.Ideals and beliefs serve as the foundation of values,moral character as an important measure,educational wisdom as a practical force,cultivating attitude as a driving force,benevolence as the emotional tone,and the pursuit of morality as the development direction,forming a vivid expression of the spiritual structure of educators.To promote the development of the spirit of educators,it is necessary to focus on the essence and structure of the spirit of educators,and take the three dimensions of“standing”,“teaching”,“heart”and“emotion”as practical dimensions,in order to fully demonstrate the uniqueness and timeliness of the spirit of Chinese educators.
