摘 要:人工智能的快速发展使大量程序性工作被机器替代,对职业人员可迁移性的核心能力提出了新要求。核心能力包括批判性思维、问题解决、协作交流等方面,对于职业院校毕业生专业能力发挥和就业竞争力提升具有关键作用。人工智能时代生产过程自动化范围扩张、产业数字化转型后生产组织方式改变、人口老龄化社会人口结构和职业结构改变、学习型社会建设对社会成员终身学习能力提升的要求,都彰显出职业院校核心能力课程的时代价值。人工智能对职业教育的内部生态也产生了重大冲击,教师与学生直接交互的教学方式作用减弱,在以学生为中心教学模式下,需要对核心能力课程教学目标、教学方法、学习内容和评价方式进行全面改革。The rapid development of artificial intelligence has replaced a large amount of procedural work with machines,posing new requirements for the core competency of transferability of professionals.Core competencies,including critical thinking,problem-solving,and collaborative communication,play a crucial role in enhancing the professional abilities and employment competitiveness of vocational college graduates.The expansion of the scope of production process automation in the era of artificial intelligence,changes in production organization after industrial digital transformation,changes in population and occupational structure in an aging society,and the demand for lifelong learning ability enhancement of social members in the construction of a learning society all highlight the contemporary value of core competency courses in vocational colleges.Artificial intelligence has also had a significant impact on the internal ecology of vocational education.The role of direct interaction between teachers and students in teaching has weakened.In a student-centered teaching model,it is necessary to comprehensively reform the teaching objectives,teaching methods,learning content,and evaluation methods of core competency courses.
