摘 要:在新工科和工程认证背景下,开展课程思政、专业教育、创新创业教育的有机融合,对发挥专业课程在思政教育和创新创业教育中的载体作用和推动高校专业课程改革具有重要意义。文章介绍了“思政引导,专创融合”的重要性,并围绕着“思政引导,专创融合”原则从课程目标、教师团队、教学内容、教学模式和思-专融合案例库等多方面对“食品工艺学”进行建设。结果表明:在专业课程讲授过程中,这些建设举措能够激发学生的学习兴趣、提升创新思维和创新意识;培养学生不断追求、勇于探索的精神,激发学生对食品工业的使命感和责任担当,有效促进德育人才培养和高质量创新型人才培养,并取得了良好的教学效果。Based on the new engineering and engineering certification, it is of great significance to carry out the integration of curriculum ideological and political education, professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education to give full play to the carrier role of professional courses in ideological, political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, and to promote the reform of professional courses in colleges and universities. This paper introduces the importance of “ideological and political guidance and integration of specialization and innovation”, and constructs “Food Technology”from the aspects of curriculum objectives, teacher team, teaching content, teaching mode and case library of ideologicalprofessional integration around the principle of “ideological and political guidance and integration of specialization”. The results show that in the process of teaching professional courses, these construction measures can stimulate students' interest in learning, enhance innovative thinking and innovative awareness, cultivate the spirit of continuous pursuit and courage to explore, stimulate students' sense of mission and responsibility for the food industry, effectively promote the cultivation of moral education talents and high-quality innovative talents, and achieve good teaching results.
