摘 要:目的 探索护士扮演标准化病人在北京市儿科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)临床技能结业考核中体格检查站及病史采集站的应用与思考。方法 收集两考站标准化病人及专家考官对147名住院医师的评分,进行数据分析。结果 体格检查和病史采集两考站标准化病人评分Cronbach’s α分别为0.922和0.815,可信度高。两考站标准化病人评分分别高于专家评分0.45分和0.63分(P<0.05),与专家考官评分基本一致,准确度较高。结论 标准化病人应用于儿科住培临床技能结业考核取得了良好的效果,可以作为儿科住培考核有效的辅助手段。Objective To explore the role and effect of nurse standardized patients in clinical skill completion assessment of pediatric residents in Beijing in the physical examination and medical history collection stations,and to put forward suggestions.Methods 147 resident physicians'scores data was collected and analyzed,which was marked by the standardized patients and expert examiners at the clinical skill examination history collection station and the physical examination station.Results The Cronbach's a of standardized patient scores of physical examination and medical history collection stations were 0.922 and 0.815,indicating high reliability.The standardized patient scores of the two stations were higher than the expert scores,0.45 and 0.63(P<0.05)respectively,which were basically consistent with the expert examiner scores,with high accuracy.Conclusion Standardized patient application in objective structured clinical skill assessment has achieved good evaluation effect,and can be used as an auxiliary means in pediatric residency training assessment.
