摘　　要：为全面了解植物乳杆菌SGJ-24的遗传信息,深入解析该菌与耐受酒体“恶劣”环境、生物降酸、生物胺降解活性有关的功能基因,本文通过二代Illumina HiSeq联合三代PacBio RS II测序技术,对该菌株开展全基因组测序和分析。结果表明,该菌株的基因组序列全长为3451191 bp,编码基因数量为3361,注释到营养物(糖类、氨基酸等)转运和代谢、蛋白质合成、核酸代谢等功能的基因数量较多。此外,对该菌株的功能基因挖掘过程中,发现其含有与苹果酸乳酸发酵活性(MLE等)、耐酸性(gadB等)、耐乙醇(PFK、GK等)和降解生物胺(GAPDH)功能有关的基因。研究结果深入揭示了其遗传信息特征,为进一步开发利用该菌株提供了理论依据。To comprehensively understand the genetic information of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum SGJ-24 and thoroughly analyze the functional genes associated with its tolerance to challenging vinous environments,reduction of biological acid,and biogenic amine degradation activities.The study was conducted using whole-genome sequencing,which combined second-generation Illumina HiSeq technology with third-generation PacBio RS II technology.The results showed that,a total genome size of 3451191 bp and 3361 coding genes.Numerous genes were annotated for functions such as nutrient(sugar,amino acid and so on)transport and metabolism,protein synthesis,and nucleic acid metabolism.Additionally,specific functional genes related to the versatile activities of this strain were identified,including malolactic fermentation activity(MLE and so on),acid tolerance(gadB and so on),ethanol tolerance(PFK,GK and so on),and biogenic amine degradation(GAPDH)function.The research findings provided a deep insight into the genetic characteristics of L.plantarum SGJ-24,laying a theoretical foundation for further development and utilization of the strain.
