摘  要:自学习型城市的概念诞生以来,其内涵不断在自身实践和全球发展中得到丰富和完善。新时代赋予学习型城市建设的时代意蕴,是推动城市可持续发展,促进全球共同利益和提升城市治理水平,以增强城市适应性。面对未来,学习型城市建设的内涵亟须更新发展,必须重视变化和复杂性的新理念,具有韧性和复原力的新方向,实现包容性和全纳性的新目标,实施跨界合作与共创的新策略,驱动数字化和智能化的新动力。因此,学习型城市建设的实践路径,必须以全球视角的规划提供指导蓝图,以绿色可持续发展理念指导实践转向,以创造包容共享的社会环境为核心要素,以跨界合作的多元共治为治理策略,以数字赋能的发展模式提供发展动能。Since the concept of learning city emerged,its connotation has been continuously enriched and improved through its own practices and global development.The new era has endowed learning city with epochal implications,promoting urban sustainable development,facilitating a global common good and enhancing urban governance capabilities,to strengthen urban adaptability.In the future,there is an urgent need to develop the connotation of learning city construction,which must focus on a new concept of changes and complexities,a new direction of resilience and recovery,a new goal of inclusiveness and all-round development,a new strategy of cross-border cooperation and co-creation,and a new impetus of driving digitization and intelligence.Therefore,the practical path of the construction of learning city must be guided by a blueprint with a global perspective,guided by the concept of green and sustainable development in practical transformation,with the creation of an inclusive and shared social environment as the core element,with cross-border cooperation and diversified co-governance as the governance strategy,and with the development model of digital empowerment as the driving force.
