摘  要:随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革的深入发展,数字技术已成为驱动人类社会实现全方位变革、创新的引领性力量,世界各国都在积极推动教育数字化转型,通过充分发掘数字变革的力量,把数字技术优势转化为提高教育质量的新动能。文章分析提高农村中学教师数字素养的价值,探讨当前提升农村教师数字素养所面临的困境,如内生动力的缺失、外部推力的不足和评价表征的困难,并针对这些挑战提出将智慧教育平台作为促进城乡教师素养提升的桥梁、基于教师实际需求的循证式研修、将数字徽章作为评价和表征的新方法等策略,以此提升农村中学教师的数字素养。With the deepening development of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,digital technology has become a leading force driving human society to achieve all-round transformation and innovation.Countries around the world are actively promoting the digital transformation of education,fully exploring the power of digital transformation,and transforming the advantages of digital technology into new driving forces to improve the quality of education.The article analyzes the value of improving the digital literacy of rural middle school teachers,explores the current challenges faced by improving the digital literacy of rural teachers,such as the lack of endogenous motivation,insufficient external impetus,and difficulties in evaluation representation.In response to these challenges,it proposes strategies such as using smart education platforms as bridges to promote the improvement of urban and rural teacher literacy,evidence-based training based on the actual needs of teachers,and using digital badges as new methods of evaluation and representation to enhance the digital literacy of rural middle school teachers.
