中职机械类专业学生工匠精神培养路径探析

摘　　要：机械行业是拉动内需和内循环的重要引擎,在稳定工业经济大盘方面起到的是“压舱石”的作用。机械行业的发展需要大量高素质、高技能人才作为支撑。而工匠精神是衡量技能人才质量的重要指标。培养爱岗敬业、精益求精,具有工匠精神的高素质技能型人才,是新时代背景下职业学校的人才培养新方向,是促进机械行业稳增长、提质量、促升级的必然途径。文章从顶层设计、校企融合、教学团队建设等方面探究培养中职机械类专业学生工匠精神的有效路径。The mechanical industry is an important engine for driving domestic demand and internal circulation,and plays a role as a "ballast stone" in stabilizing the industrial economy.The development of the mechanical industry requires a large number of high-quality and highly skilled talents as support.The spirit of craftsmanship is an important indicator for measuring the quality of skilled talents.Cultivating high-quality skilled talents who love their jobs,strive for excellence,and possess the spirit of craftsmanship is a new direction for vocational schools to cultivate talents in the new era.It is an inevitable way to promote stable growth,quality improvement,and upgrading of the mechanical industry.The article explores effective ways to cultivate the craftsmanship spirit of vocational school mechanical major students from the perspectives of top-level design,school enterprise integration,and teaching team building.
