摘 要:教师教育课程是师范生必修课程,在培养学生的教育素养、教学技能和专业精神方面起关键作用,是师范生未来开启教师职业生涯必经之路。本文调查了陕西省C高校357名师范生对教师教育课程学习的认知程度、学习的态度以及教学评价。结果表明大部分师范生对课程的学习相当重视,学习体验满意度较高,对课程的学习态度积极主动,对课程的教学效果、考核评价较为满意,期待多元化的教、学、评方式。高校应加强相关课程基本资源建设,多元化评价教学效果;教师应创新教学设计,激发师范生的学习兴趣;师范生应培养自主学习意识,不断提升专业素养为成长为“四有好老师”奠定基础。Teacher education curriculums are compulsory for students teacher,playing a crucial role in cultivating students’educational literacy,teaching skills,and professional spirit,which are essential for embarking on a future career as educators.This study investigates the degree of cognition,attitudes towards learning,and evaluation of teacher education curriculum among 357 students teacher at C University in Shaanxi Province,China.The results indicate that the majority of students teacher attach great importance to the curriculums,express high satisfaction with their learning experiences,exhibit proactive attitudes towards learning,and are generally satisfied with the teaching effectiveness and assessment methods,while also expressing a desire for diversified teaching,learning,and evaluation approaches.Recommendations include strengthening basic resources for relevant courses at universities,diversifying methods for evaluating teaching effectiveness,encouraging teachers to innovate in curriculum design to stimulate students teachers’interest in learning,and fostering preservice teachers’awareness of self-directed learning to continuously enhance their professional competence,thus laying the foundation for becoming“four-good”teachers.
