摘  要:在新时代背景下,教材建设是赋能教育教学改革持续深化、高等教育创新发展的重要抓手。从检视教材价值导向及教材在人才培养目标的落实、提升教学质量、促进教材的创新和多样化等方面阐述了教材选用质量评价建立的意义。针对地方高校教材选用质量评价现状问题进行分析,通过完善评价机制,统筹协调各方评价资源,科学设定教材评价观测维度、指标和评价方法的与时俱进,以及加快推进数字化教材的评价进程等方面探索了教材选用质量评价构建的可行性实施路径,完善地方高校教材选用质量评价,实现以“评”促“建”,为教材建设提供有效的评价做支撑。The construction of textbooks is an important way to enable the reform of education and the innovative development of higher education in the new era.This paper expounds the significance of the evaluation of the quality of teaching material selection from the aspects of reviewing the value orientation of teaching materials and the implementation of teaching materials in talent training objectives,improving the teaching quality,and promoting the innovation and diversification of textbooks.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the evaluation of the quality of teaching material selection in local universities,this paper explores the feasible implementation path of the evaluation construction of the quality of teaching material selection by improving the evaluation mechanism,coordinating the evaluation resources of all parties,scientifically setting the observation dimensions,indicators and evaluation methods of teaching material evaluation to keep pace with the times,and accelerating the evaluation process of digital teaching materials,so as to improve the evaluation system of the quality of teaching material selection in local colleges and universities.The“evaluation”can promote“construction”and provide effective evaluation as support for teaching material construction.
