基于OBE理念的数字教材开发策略研究——以职业教育数字教材《商务礼仪》为例

摘  要:与纸质教材相比,数字教材有多媒体融合、交互性、智能化三个特点,能够更好地帮助学生达成学习目标,实现职业教育所倡导的成果导向教育(Outcome Based Education,OBE)理念。基于OBE理念的数字教材开发应从最终成果要求出发,反向设计教材内容。数字教材在多媒体内容运用上要从颗粒度、结构设计、学习兴趣等方面入手,选择合适的媒体类型;在交互性设计方面要从课前、课中、课后三个阶段入手,促进学生开展探究式学习。数字教材的智能化功能可以帮助教师更好地开展过程性评价和达成性评价,实现OBE教学目标。将使用传统纸质教材和使用数字教材的两组学生进行成绩对比,发现使用OBE理念数字教材有助于学生取得更好的成绩。Compared with paper textbooks, digital textbooks are characterized by multimedia integration, interactivity, and intelligence, which help students achieve learning outcomes and realize the concept of outcome based education(OBE), advocated by vocational education. The development of OBE-based digital textbooks start from the final learning outcomes and design textbook contents in reverse. In terms of multimedia integration, textbook designers should start from granularity,structural design, and learning interest, and select appropriate media types;in terms of interactive design, textbook designers should start from the three phases of pre-class, in-class, and post-class, to promote students' inquiry-based learning. The intelligent functions of digital textbooks help teachers better conduct formative and summative assessments to achieve OBE teaching goals. Comparing performance of two groups of students using paper textbooks and those using digital textbooks, it was found that OBE-based digital textbooks help students achieve better records.
