摘  要:优秀师资是有效开展超常儿童教育的资源保障。文章对韩国在英才教育师资资质要求、培养路径、任用标准方面的系统性设计和实践经验进行分析和审思,并立足我国超常儿童教育发展实际,从建立政策体系、任用标准体系、教师培养体系、研修内容体系四个方面对我国超常儿童教育师资队伍建设和健康发展提出了政策建议。Excellent teachers are the resource guarantee for the effectiveeducation of gifted children.The article analyzes and reflects on the systematicdesign and practical experience of South Korea in terms of teacher qualification requirements,training paths,and appointment standards for gifted education,and based on the actual development of gifted children's education in China,it puts forward policy suggestions on the construction and healthy development of teachers for extraordinary children's education in China from the four aspects of establishing a policy system,an appointment standard system,a teacher training system,and a training content system.
