摘 要:“大食物观”新发展理念的提出,对全国食品行业发展、职业院校专业建设提出新要求。在新疆食品行业的发展现状基础上,分析现阶段高职院校食品质量与安全专业建设存在的不足,提出“大食物观”背景下区域食品质量与安全专业建设区域发展模式,保障专业建设与时俱进,深化产教融合机制,促进“双师型”教师队伍建设,旨在满足食品行业应用型人才需求,促进区域食品行业高质量发展。The new development concept of"Big Food View"has put forward new requirements for the development of national food industry and the construction of vocational colleges.Based on the current development status of the food industry in Xinjiang,this paper analyzes the existing shortcomings in the construction of food quality and safety professional in vocational colleges at present.It proposes a regional development model of food quality and safety professional construction under the concept of"Big Food View",ensuring that the professional construction keeps pace with the times,deepens the mechanism of industrial-education integration,and promotes the construction of"double-qualified"teacher teams.It aims to meet the needs of applied talents in the food industry and to promote the high-quality development of the regional food industry.
