摘　　要：在微生物教学中,重要的是将看不见的微生物具象化,所以创设问题情境就显得十分重要。在“真菌——酵母菌”教学中,利用学生自己制作的视频材料创设问题情境,组织探究活动,通过问题启发、辩证思考、分析探究、信息检索等方法,培养学生的科学思维和核心素养。In teaching microbiology,it is important to visualize invisible microorganisms,so it is very important to create real-life situations.In teaching the section of“Fungi-Yeast”,we encourage students to use the video materials made by themselves to create real-life situations and organize inquiry activities.Through the methods of inspiring with questions,dialectical thinking,analysis and inquiries,and information retrieval,we aim to cultivate students scientific thinking and core literacy.
