摘  要:在社会加速力量日趋增强的时代,教师很容易丧失具体而真实的教学存在,按照早已写好的剧本铺陈,但教学不是一个完全既定化了的世界,其过程的不确定性常常遭遇和教学预设的冲突,需要教师做出明智的判断。相对于通过文字显现的教学行动,“即席创作”教学是一个内在且隐蔽的过程。这种内隐于教师自身的智慧行动,无形中引导着教师超越教学惯习,解锁“临场的天赋”;扩展教学思考,破除“虚假的机智”;彰显教学存在,承载“特定的理解”。教师必须正视“创作”态度,昭示教学“原创”本性;规避教学同质化,与“他山之石”保持“距离感”;接纳教学之“误”,等待试错的铺垫与转折,由此形成的教学智慧才能转化为影响教学世界的现实力量,从容应对教学的不确定性。In the era of increasing social acceleration forces,it is easy to make teachers lose their concrete and real teaching existence and still present themselves according to the script that has been written.However,teaching is not a completely established world,and the uncertainty of its process often encounters conflicts with teaching presuppositions,which requires teachers to make wise judgments.Compared with the teaching action manifested through texts,the teaching of“impromptu creation”is an internal and hidden process.This kind of intelligent action,which is implicit in teachers themselves,guides the teachers to go beyond the teaching habit and unlock the“gift of presence”,expand teaching thinking and break the“false wit”,and demonstrate the existence of teaching and carry the“specific understanding”.Teachers should face up to the“creative”attitude and show the“original”nature of teaching,avoid the homogenization of teaching and keep the“sense of distance”with“rocks from other mountains”,and accept the“mistakes”of teaching and wait for the bedding and turning of trial and error,through which teaching wisdom will be formed and transformed into the real power affecting the teaching world,thus calmly coping with the uncertainty of teaching.
