摘  要:新课程标准改革下的化学课程体现了以学生为主体的教育教学理念,对学生的培养不仅局限于知识技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观这三个维度,核心素养便是对此进行的进一步凝练与提升。在化学学科核心素养的背景下和社会迫切需要创新型人才的情况下,如何建立高质量的教师教育体系,推动教师教育向卓越教师教育方向发展,已成为当前最热门的话题。本文以学科核心素养为基础,对中学化学卓越教师的培养策略进行了深入的分析和论证,这些策略不仅为我国的教师教育提供了一个明确的方向,也对解决某些现实问题有帮助,能让我国教师向更高的层次发展,并更快地达到卓越的目标。Under the reform of the new curriculum standards,the chemistry curriculum reflects the educational teaching philosophy of student-centeredness.The cultivation of students is not limited to the three dimensions of knowledge and skills,processes and methods,and emotional attitudes and values.Core literacy is a further refinement and enhancement of this.Against the background of the core literacy of the chemistry discipline and the urgent need for innovative talents in society,how to establish a high-quality teacher education system and promote the development of teacher education towards excellent teacher education has become the hottest topic.Based on subject core literacy,this article conducts in-depth analysis and demonstration of the cultivation strategies for excellent high school chemistry teachers,which provides a clear direction for teacher education in China and also helps to solve some practical problems,so that teachers in China can develop to a higher level and achieve excellence more quickly.
