摘  要:根据高职医学检验技术专业人才培养方案和微生物学检验课程教学目标,高职医学院校对接临床微生物室岗位需求,结合学生特点,在教学过程中尝试使用项目化教学方法,同时有效进行课程思政的融入,以推动思政教育与专业课教学的协同育人;同时,对教学评价方式进行改革,推动过程性评价与终末性评价的有机结合。这更有利于培养出能够从事临床医学检验工作的高素质技术技能人才,同时可以引导学生树立正确的“三观”,培养学生具有爱国主义精神、爱岗敬业的职业责任感。Based on talents cultivation plan for medical laboratory technology major in higher vocational education and teaching objectives of microbiology laboratory course,in accordance with requirements of clinical microbiology laboratory positions,combined with characteristics of vocational college students,the paper attempted project-based teaching methods in teaching process,and integrated ideological and political education effectively,to promote collaborative education of ideological and political education and professional course teaching,proposed reform of teaching evaluation methods,and combination of organic combination of process evaluation and final evaluation.Through various teaching reforms,we can cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents engaged in clinical medical laboratory work,and guide students to establish correct"three views",and cultivate their patriotism and sense of professional responsibility for work.
