面试礼仪教育在特教中职语文教学中的渗透探微

摘  要:礼仪本身是一种文化,其具有丰富的思想内涵,代表了社会的价值观念。面试礼仪是礼仪文化的一部分,是指一个人在面试过程中展现出的精神风貌、学识气度和德行修养。在特教中职语文教学中渗透面试礼仪教育,这对于中职语文学科本身和中职生来说都具有重要意义。在实践中,教师可基于生活化、人文性、情境性原则,挖掘与面试礼仪相关的素材并融入教学中,以生活为出发点创新教学方式,并立足课堂内外创设教学情境,使学生形成良好的外部形象,在求职中更具竞争力。Etiquette itself is a culture that contains rich ideological connotations and represents the values of society.Interview etiquette is a part of etiquette culture,which refers to a person's spirit,knowledge,demeanor,and moral cultivation displayed during the interview process.Integrating interview etiquette education into Chinese language teaching in special education and vocational schools is of great significance for both the Chinese language subject itself and vocational students.In practice,teachers can explore materials related to interview etiquette based on the principles of life,humanity,and context,and integrate them into teaching.They can innovate teaching methods from the perspective of life and create teaching situations both inside and outside the classroom,so that students can form a good external image and be more competitive in job hunting.
