摘　　要：该文依托曲阜师范大学自动化专业的学科优势,通过对自动化专业本科生的核心素养进行分析,探讨提高自动化专业本科生核心素养培育质量的教学策略,提出了“以问题为导向、实践为基础、多元评价为手段”的教学策略;探索如何建设高效的全面型人才培养模式,提出了“课程—竞赛—合作”三轴驱动的教学模式.旨在提高学生的实践技术能力、自主学习能力、创新能力、团队协作能力等,为我国自动化专业教育的改革和发展提供参考.Relying on the disciplinary advantages of the automation major at Qufu Normal University,this paper aims to analyze the core literacy of automation undergraduates and explore strategies to improve the quality of core literacy teaching.This paper not only proposes a teaching strategy that is problem-oriented based practice,and uses diverse evaluations,but also proposes a triaxial teaching model driven by“curriculum-competition-cooperation”to build up an efficient and comprehensive talent cultivation system.The objective is to improve students'practical and technical skills,independent learning,innovative thinking,and teamwork abilities,providing insights for the reform and development of automation education in China.
