摘 要:高职食品类专业毕业生是食品行业的中坚力量。解决课程思政教育的有效性问题是高职食品类专业课程建设面临的一个重要课题。基于调研,分析了高职食品类专业课程思政建设及实施过程中存在的主要问题,从教学质量保障体系建设、思政教育能力建设、教学考核与评价体系建设三个方面,给出了高职食品类专业课程思政建设的路径,有助于提高教师课程思政的积极性,提升教师教育教学能力,激发学生的学习积极性,促进学生的全面发展。Food major graduates in higher vocational colleges are an important force in the future of food industry.An important issue faced by vocational food majors is to address the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the curriculum.Based on the investigation,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the ideological and political construction and implementation process of food major courses in higher vocational colleges.From the three aspects of teaching quality assurance system construction,ideological and political education capacity construction,teaching assessment and evaluation system construction,the paper puts forward the path of ideological and political construction of food major courses in higher vocational colleges,which is helpful to improve teachers’enthusiasm for ideological and political curriculum and enhance teachers’education and teaching ability.Stimulate students’learning enthusiasm and promote their all-round development.
