摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展,职业院校信息化教学已成为提升教育质量、培养创新型人才的重要途径。为提高信息化教学质量,推进教育教学现代化,为社会培养更多具备高素质技能的专业人才,提升职业院校教师信息化教学水平尤为重要。提升职业院校教师信息化教学水平,可采取以下路径:更新教师思想观念,系统培养信息素养;拓展多元学习渠道,全面丰富教学资源;深化理论与实践结合,促进教学有效转化;优化资源配置,保障教学需求;完善评价机制,激发教师潜能。With the rapid development of information technology,information-based teaching in vocational colleges has become an important way to improve education quality and cultivate innovative talents.It is particularly important to improve the quality of information-based teaching,promote the modernization of education and teaching,cultivate more professional talents with high-quality skills for society,and enhance the level of information-based teaching for vocational college teachers.To improve the level of information technology teaching for vocational college teachers,the following paths can be taken:updating teachers'ideological concepts and systematically cultivating information literacy;expand diverse learning channels and comprehensively enrich teaching resources;deepen the integration of theory and practice,promote effective transformation of teaching;Optimize resource allocation to meet teaching needs;improve the evaluation mechanism and stimulate the potential of teachers.
