摘  要:高校食堂食品安全监管质量和水平与广大师生的身体健康息息相关,受到社会各界的广泛关注。当前,高校食堂食品安全监管存在监管制度不完善、监管执行力不足、食品安全信息公开透明度不足、从业人员素质参差不齐等问题,需要采取完善监管制度、强化食品安全监管、提高食品安全信息公示与透明度、引进优秀人才及对从业人员进行专业培训等优化措施,以提高高校食堂食品安全监管水平。The quality and level of food safety supervision in college canteens are closely related to the health of teachers and students,and has received extensive attention from all walks of life.At present,there are problems in the food safety supervision of college canoons,such as imperfect supervision system,insufficient supervision enforcement,insufficient transparency of food safety information,and uneven quality of employees.It is necessary to take optimization measures such as improving the supervision system,strengthening food safety supervision,and improving publicity and transparency of food safety information,introducing outstanding talents and conducting professional training for employees,to improve the supervision level of food safety in college canteens.
