摘 要:优化教师学历结构被视为全面提升基础教育质量的重要策略。基于中国教育追踪调查(CEPS)的基线数据和追踪数据,采用分层线性模型,通过计算学生成绩的增值,深入探究教师学历对学生成绩的影响。结果表明,高学历的语文和英语教师能够显著提升学生成绩,而高学历的数学教师则有能力提高学生成绩的增值。学历对学生成绩的积极影响可能源于高学历教师更为理性的教学行为和教学方式的选择,以及对学生更加关心、积极提问和表扬的态度。高学历语文和英语教师更倾向于采用分组讨论等互动教学方法,而高学历数学教师主要采用讲授式教学方法。此外,高学历数学和英语教师还更善于利用多媒体和互联网等教学媒体,这些措施能够有效地提升学生的学业成绩。基于以上结论,提出提高教师入职学历标准和促进在职教师学历提升的相关政策建议。Optimizing teachers'qualifications is seen as a vital strategy for comprehensively enhancing the quality of basic education.This study delves into the influence of teachers'qualifications on student achievement by utilizing data from the China Education Panel Survey(CEPS),encompassing both baseline and tracking data.This is achieved by applying a hierarchical linear model to assess the value added to student achievement.The study's outcomes demonstrate that highly educated Chinese and English teachers can substantially boost student achievement.Similarly,highly educated mathematics teachers exhibit the ability to augment the value-added aspect of student achievement.The favorable impact of academic qualifications on student achievement likely stems from the adoption of more reasoned teaching behaviors and instructional methods.Additionally,highly educated teachers tend to exhibit greater care,actively engage in questioning,and provide commendations to their students.Specifically,highly educated Chinese and English teachers show a propensity for interactive teaching approaches like group discussions.Conversely,highly educated mathematics teachers predominantly employ lecture-based instruction.Furthermore,both highly educated mathematics and English teachers display proficiency in utilizing instructional media,including multimedia and the Internet,to effectively enhance students'academic performance.In light of these findings,this study offers policy recommendations aimed at elevating the standards for teacher entry qualifications and facilitating the advancement of in-service teachers'qualifications.
