摘  要:在教育数字化转型背景下,聚焦职称评审,对近年来中等职业学校教师教学能力评价现状进行总结与分析。在此基础之上,结合教育强国背景下中等职业学校教师教学能力的应然要求,把握数字赋能中等职业学校教师教学能力评价的价值意蕴,提出未来上海中等职业学校教师教学能力评价的优化路径及风险防控措施,以期为中等职业学校教师教育教学能力评价发展提供新思路。In the context of digital transformation of education,it is worthwhile to focus on the perspective of professional title evaluation,summarize and analyze the current situation of teaching ability evaluation of secondary vocational school teachers in recent years.Based on this,combined with the necessary requirements for teaching ability of secondary vocational school teachers under the background of building a strong nation in education,this paper grasps the value of digital empowerment in teaching ability evaluation of secondary vocational school teachers,and proposes optimization paths and risk prevention measures in order to provide some new ideas for the development of teaching ability evaluation of secondary vocational school teachers.
