摘 要:2022年版《义务教育英语课程标准》的颁布预示着我国基础教育阶段英语教学迈入了新阶段。以推动基础教育质量提升为目的的国家义务教育质量监测以义务教育课程标准为依据。本文着重论述2022年版《义务教育英语课程标准》对义务教育质量监测英语学科命题的启示,指出应围绕核心素养进行评价,突出育人导向和对教学的积极反拨,并从评价理念、素材甄选、任务设计和信息技术的使用等方面对命题启示进行了详细的探讨。The enactment of the Compulsory Education English Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)marks a new era of our country’s English teaching in basic education.The national curriculum standards are the reference framework and guidance of China National Assessment of Education Quality which aims to uplift the educational quality of compulsory education.This study mainly focuses on the implications the 2022-edition curriculum standards could have on the test design in the National Assessment of Education Quality-English,claiming that the test design should be core competencies-oriented,and highlight moral values,as well as the positive washback on teaching and learning.Based on this,from the perspectives of assessment theories,test materials,test task design and the use of technologies,the authors elaborate on how the national curriculum standards can shed light on and guide the test design process in the national assessment of English compulsory education quality.
