摘　　要：食品安全是关乎国家经济发展和人们身体健康的重要问题。食品检测技术在保障食品安全、促进经济发展和维护社会稳定方面发挥着重要作用,但仍存在一些不足。基于此,本文系统梳理现有的食品安全检测技术,识别现有技术的优势与不足,为进一步促进食品检测技术发展、提升食品检测水平、更好地保障食品安全提供理论依据。Food safety is an important issue related to national economic development and people’s health.Food testing technology plays an important role in ensuring food safety,promoting economic development and maintaining social stability,but there are still some deficiencies.Based on this,this paper systematically combs the existing food safety testing technology,identifies the advantages and disadvantages of the existing technology,and provides a theoretical basis for further promoting the development of food testing technology,improving the level of food testing,and better ensuring food safety.
