摘　　要：食品免疫学课程不仅具有极高的专业性,也是思想政治教育良好的教学载体。工程教育认证恰与该课程“思政目标”不谋而合。文章基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念在食品免疫学课程中引入思政元素,明确课程目标与课程思政间的关系,探讨课程教学与思政元素的结合点以及引入思政元素的实践路径,旨在提高食品专业人才培养质量,并为相关课程教学改革提供参考。Food immunology course is not only highly specialized,but also a good teaching carrier for ideological and political education.The professional accreditation of engineering education coincides with the goal of“Civic-Political Education”in professional courses.The article analyzes the exploration and practice of introducing the element of ideology and politics in the food immunology course,discusses the combination point between the course teaching and the element of ideology and politics and the practical path of introducing the element of ideology and politics,and analyzes the relationship between the course objectives and the ideology and politics of the course based on the concept of OBE,which is aimed at providing a useful reference for the cultivation of food professionals and providing a reference for the teachers of the related majors.
