摘  要:高职学生是我国迈向技能强国的重要人才储备,在高职院校学生群体中开展职业能力评价,关乎学生、学校乃至社会的发展。目前,我国高职院校学生职业能力评价面临企业缺位,高素质技能型人才培养的职业能力目标不明确,学生职业能力评价制度不健全等现实困境。基于此,高职院校应确立以“职业能力”评价为导向的高职院校评价目标,构建“校企融合”的高职院校学生职业能力评价方式,实施协同“第三方”的高职院校学生职业能力评价机制。Higher vocational students are an important talent reserve for our country to become a powerful country in skills.To carry out vocational ability evaluation among students in higher vocational colleges is related to the development of students,schools and even society.At present,the vocational ability evaluation of students in higher vocational colleges in our country is faced with such realistic difficulties as the absence of enterprises,the unclear goal of vocational ability training of high-quality skilled talents,and the imperfect evaluation system of students’vocational ability.Based on this,higher vocational colleges should establish the evaluation goal oriented by the evaluation of“vocational ability”,construct the evaluation method of the vocational ability of higher vocational college students with“integration of school and enterprise”,and implement the evaluation mechanism of vocational ability of higher vocational college students in coordination with the“third party”.
