摘　　要：教育强国建设的核心在于构筑从“教育强国思想论”到“教育强国实践论”层面的一以贯之的教育强国建设路径。建设教育强国,方法论问题是首要问题,教育强国建设的方法论包括教育强国观和教育强国建设的方法体系,两者统一于具体的教育强国建设实践。确立中国特色社会主义教育强国观的前提,是确立多元教育强国观。要以战略思维把握教育强国的战略性内涵;以系统思维确立教育强国建设的方法体系。新时代必须站在建成社会主义现代化强国,为中国式现代化提供基础性、战略性支撑的高度来认识教育学的地位。教育强国建设呼唤以马克思主义为指导的马克思主义教育学、彰显中国文化主体性的文化教育学、以人民为中心的人民教育学、具有自主知识体系的原创教育学、基于系统观念的开放的大教育学。从教育强国建设的实践路径而言,教育强国建设须坚持支撑引领中国式现代化的价值意涵,坚持以学生成长为中心的根本立场,把全面深化改革作为创新动力,把注重补齐短板弱项作为基本路径。同时,教育强国建设还要发挥高等教育的龙头作用,培育和发展一种关注人的发展、倡导人和自然和谐共处、推动社会进步的创新文化。The core of building a powerful country of education lies in the construction of a consistent path from the“ideology of an educational powerhouse”to the“practical theory of a powerful country of education”.To build an educational powerhouse,methodology is the primary issue.The methodology of building an educational powerhouse encompasses the concept of an educational pow-erhouse and the methodological system for its construction,both unified in the specific practice of building an educational powerhouse.The prerequisite for establishing a concept of an educational powerhouse with Chinese characteristics is to establish a pluralistic view of an educational powerhouse.It is necessary to grasp the strategic connotation of an educational powerhouse with strategic thinking and establish the methodology system for building an educational powerhouse with systematic thinking.In the new epoch,the status and requirements of pedagogy must be recognized from the perspective of building a strong socialist modernization country and providing fundamental and strategic support for Chinese-style modernization.The construction of an educational powerhouse calls for Marxist pedagogy,a cultural pedagogy that highlights the subjectivity of Chinese culture,a people-centered pedagogy,an original pedagogy with an independent knowledge system,and an open and comprehensive pedagogy based on the concept of system.From the perspective of the practical path for building an educational powerhouse,it is necessary to uphold and guide the value implications of Chinese-style modernization,place student growth at the center,regard comprehensive reform as the driving force for innovation,and focus on addressing weaknesses and shortcomings as the basic path.Simultaneously,the construction of an educational powerhouse should also leverage the leading role of higher education,cultivating and developing an innovative culture that emphasizes human development,advocates harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,and promotes social progress
