摘 要:个体化医疗时代要求医学生必须掌握医学遗传学知识。单一课堂教学模式有局限性,需要与其他教学模式有效融合,以提高教学效果。文章以血红蛋白病教学内容为例,在中山大学中山医学院2020级“5+3”临床医学专业学生进行教学改革,探讨基于CBL的线上线下混合式教学模式的效果。通过线上自主学习和线下对分学时,CBL教学得以顺利开展。课后调查和期末成绩分析显示:在新的教学模式下,学生对教学的满意度和成绩都较高,但仍需优化课程设计,提高教与学的效果。基于CBL的混合式教学模式有助于提高学生的自主学习能力,培养临床思维和综合应用能力。In order to meet the requirements of the era of personalized healthcare,medical students need to master the knowledge of medical genetics.Since the single classroom teaching mode has its limitations,teachers need to integrate it with other teaching modes to improve teaching effect.Taking the teaching of Hemoglobinopathies as an example,this article explores the online and offline blended teaching mode based on CBL in“5+3”clinical medical students of Year 2020.In order to implement CBL teaching smoothly,the teachers arranged online autonomous learning and adopted offline PAD(Presentation,Assimilation,and Discussion)Class.The authors conducted a survey and a final examination,and the statistics show that students are satisfied with the teaching and their performance is good,but the teaching design needs to be optimized to improve the effect of teaching and learning.The CBL-based blended teaching mode can help students to develop autonomous learning ability,cultivate clinical thinking,and improve comprehensive application ability.
