摘  要:近年来,“文化自信”逐渐成为学术界的研究热点,取得了较丰富的研究成果。文化自信融入高职院校专业课课程建设,有助于丰富专业课程思政资源库,有助于培养学生将文化与学科相融通的能力,提高人文素养。文章以药品生产技术专业的专业核心课程“发酵工程”为例,选取“发酵工业菌种的选育与保藏”这一内容,介绍其中蕴含的丰富的人文知识,进行文化自信融入“发酵工程”课程的实践,以期提高学生的文化自信和家国情怀,为制药企业培养更多高素质高技能人才。In recent years,"cultural self-confidence"has gradually become a research hotspot in the academic circle,and has achieved a wealth of research results.The integration of cultural self-confidence into the curriculum construction of professional courses in higher vocational colleges is helpful to enrich the ideological and political resource base of professional courses,help to train students’ability to integrate culture with disciplines,and improve humanistic quality.Taking the core course"Fermentation Engineering"of pharmaceutical production major as an example,this paper selected the content of"selection and preservation of fermentation industry strains"to introduce the rich humanistic knowledge contained in it,and carried out the practice of integrating cultural self-confidence into the course of"Fermentation engineering",in order to improve students’cultural self-confidence and feelings of family and country,and train more high-quality and skilled talents for pharmaceutical enterprises.
