摘  要:随着水产养殖业的迅速发展,水产品中的抗生素残留问题逐渐成为公众和政府关注的重点。水产品作为重要的食品来源,其抗生素残留不仅影响产品质量,还对人体健康构成了严重威胁。本文探讨了当前水产品抗生素残留检测中面临的困境,并提出相应的解决策略,以期全面提升水产品抗生素残留检测的有效性,促进水产行业的可持续发展。With the rapid development of aquaculture,the problem of antibiotic residues in aquatic products has gradually become a focus of public and government attention.As an important source of food,the antibiotic residues in aquatic products not only affect product quality,but also pose a serious threat to human health.This paper discusses the current difficulties in the detection of antibiotic residues in aquatic products and proposes corresponding solutions in order to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of antibiotic residue detection in aquatic products and promote the sustainable development of the aquatic industry.
