摘  要:提升农村教师数字素养是教育数字化转型中的重要一环。为调查农村中小学教师数字素养发展状况,本研究从数字化意识、数字化知识与技能、数字化应用、数字化社会责任、专业发展五个维度编制调查问卷,对我国四省八县(市)的3746位农村中小学教师的数字素养进行调查。结果发现:农村教师数字理论素养高但实践素养低;东部地区农村教师数字素养明显优于中西部地区;群体内农村青年教师数字素养相对较高。原因分析表明,农村教师数字素养水平受到数字环境、技术认知和技术体验等多种因素影响。为此,提升农村教师数字素养应从创设良好数字环境、建立精准培训体系、完善资源配套保障等方面系统推进。Improving the digital literacy of rural teachers constitutes an important aspect of the digital transformation in education.This study aimed to assess the current state of digital literacy among rural primary and middle school teachers by developing a questionnaire that addressed five dimensions:digital awareness,digital knowledge and skills,digital application,digital social responsibility,and professional development.A survey was conducted on the digital literacy of 3,746 rural primary and middle school teachers across eight counties(cities)of four provinces in China.The findings reveal that while rural teachers possess relatively high digital literacy at the theoretical level,their practical skills are notably lower.Furthermore,the digital literacy of rural teachers in the eastern region is significantly greater than that in the middle and western regions;and younger rural teachers demonstrate a relatively higher level of digital literacy.The analysis indicates that the digital literacy level of rural teachers is influenced by various factors such as the digital environment,technological cognition,and technological experience.Therefore,to enhance rural teachers’digital literacy,systematic efforts should be made from three aspects:creating a favorable and high-quality digital environment,establishing a targeted training system,and strengthening resource support.
