摘 要:“食品分析与检测技术”课程作为江西农业大学食品科学与工程专业一门理论性和实践性较强的专业基础课,课程的改革与创新对于培养食品专业学生在应用数学、自然科学和工程科学解决复杂工程问题具有重要意义。基于工程教育认证(EEA)背景及其核心教育理念,采用导向型启发和案例结合等教学方式,充分利用学习通线上教学和虚拟仿真技术平台,结合课程思政教育及多类型的综合考核对该课程的内容与目标、教学方法及考核方式进行改革与创新探索。通过对课程教学多元化的改革与创新,教师较好调动学生的学习兴趣和积极性,引导学生进行自主学习,培养学生团结协作及在复杂检测环境中分析问题、解决实际工程问题的综合能力,提高学生的专业素养,提升学生的市场竞争力,使学生对未来职业发展有了较为清楚的认识,培养学生的创新能力和实践能力,实现课程的持续改进和课程目标达成。The course“Food Analysis and Detection techniques”is a strong theoretical and practical foundation course in the Food Science and Engineering major at Jiangxi Agricultural University.The reform and innovation of the course are of great significance for cultivating students in the food major in applying mathematics,natural sciences and engineering sciences,to solve complex engineering problems.Based on the background of engineering education accreditation(EEA)and its core educational philosophy,adopt a teaching approach that combines directive inspiration and case studies,fully utilize the online teaching platform of Learning-Link and virtual simulation technology,and integrate course ideological and political education with a variety of comprehensive assessments to explore the reform and innovation of the course content and objectives,teaching methods,and assessment methods.Through the diversified reform and innovation of the course teaching,the learning interest and enthusiasm of students have been effectively mobilized,guiding them to engage in autonomous learning and cultivating their comprehensive abilities in teamwork,analyzing problems in complex testing environments,and solving practical engineering problems.The professional literacy of students has been improved,and their market competitiveness has been enhanced,enabling students to have a clearer understanding of their future career development.The course has cultivated students’innovative and practical abilities,and has realized the continuous improvement of the course and the achievement of its objectives.
