摘　　要：“食品微生物学”是高等院校食品类专业一门必修的专业基础课,具有知识点多、实践性、应用性强等特点,在学习过程中容易产生厌烦情绪,明显降低学习效果。新课导入是一堂课的开始,而好的开始是吸引学生注意力,引发学习兴趣的重要开端,也是教学成功的一半。介绍食品科学与工程专业本科“食品微生物学”课堂教学导入环节的设计和相关应用实例,不仅提高学生的学习兴趣,而且拓宽学生知识面,锻炼思维能力,进而提高教学效果。“Food Microbiology”is a compulsory basic course for food majors in colleges and universities.It is characterized by a lot of knowledge,practicality and strong application.It is easy to cause boredom in the learning process and to greatly reduce the learning effect.The introduction of new lessons is the beginning of a class,a good start is an important beginning to attract the attention of students,to stimulate interest in learning,but also half of the success of teaching.The design and application examples of how to design a new lesson in the classroom teaching of“Food Microbiology”for food science and engineering are introduced,not only improving the student’s learning interest,but also broadening the student’s knowledge,exercising the thinking ability,and then enhancing the teaching effects.
