摘 要:新中国成立以来,我国职业院校劳动教育政策经历了生产劳动教育、对口专业劳动教育、实践技能教育、劳动素养教育四个时期,遵循着从劳动方法转向劳动思维、从劳动技能转向劳动素养、从学校主导转向多方联动、从服务工农业生产转向推进制造强国建设的变迁逻辑。以史为鉴,新时代要深化调查研究,加强劳动教育政策引领;回归教育本真,科学定位劳动教育目标;适应时代发展,及时更新劳动教育内容;坚持五育融合,拓展劳动教育实施途径,不断提高职业院校劳动教育政策研制与执行质量。Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,there have been four policies for labor education in our country’s vocational colleges and universities:production labor education,labor education in specialized fields,education in practical skills,and education in labor literacy.These policies have followed the logic of change from labor methods to labor thinking,from labor skills to labor literacy,from school dominance to multi-party collaboration,and from serving industrial and agricultural production to promoting the building of a manufacturing powerhouse.Learning from history,in the new period,we need to deepen investigation and research,strengthening the leading role of labor education policies.Then,it requires to return to the essence of education,scientifically positioning the goals of labor education.What’s more,it needs to adapt to the times,and update the content of labor education in a timely manner.Finally,we must adhere to the principle of all-round development,expanding the ways of implementing labor education,and continuously improving the quality of policy formulation and implementation of labor education in vocational colleges and universities.
