摘  要:目的评估医学影视作品在培养住院医师沟通技能和建立患者关系方面的有效性。方法通过医患沟通的理论授课和医学影视作品中医患沟通情节展示,让住院医师对沟通技巧有初步的认识。随后,通过情境模拟训练,包括带教师资扮演患者家属、住院医师扮演医生的角色扮演活动,让住院医师在模拟环境中实践沟通技巧。此外,住院医师们自主分角色扮演患者、家属和医生,全面体验医患沟通过程。最后,通过总结反馈环节,对学员的沟通能力进行评估和提升。结果住院医师通过观看医学影视作品和参与情境模拟训练,表现出更高的参与积极性,并在实际临床工作中能够更加自如地与患者进行沟通。住院医师在反馈中普遍表示,培训后沟通技巧得到了显著提升。结论医学影视作品结合情境模拟训练能够提高住院医师的沟通技能、促进医患关系和谐;增强同理心和情感共鸣,提升其文化敏感性和综合能力。Objective The purpose of this study was to assess the effectiveness of medical film and television productions on developing residents'communication skills and building doctor-patient relationships.The study focused on exploring whether residents could improve the quality of their communication with patients and build stronger doctor-patient relationships through the simulation of clinical situations in film and television productions.Methods A mixed-methods approach was used.First residents were provided with an initial understanding of communication skills through theoretical lectures on doctor-patient communication and doctorpatient communication plot in medical-themed film and television works.Subsequently,communication skills were put into practice in a simulated environment through scenario-based training,including role-playing activities in which the lead instructor played the role of a patient's family member and the trainee played the role of a doctor.In addition,trainees independently role-played as patients,family members and doctors to fully experience the process of doctor-patient communication.Finally,the participants'communication skills were assessed and improved through a summary feedback session.Results Through watching medical films and videos and participating in scenario simulation training,the residents showed higher motivation to participate and were more comfortable in communicating with patients in actual clinical work.Participants generally reported in their feedback that their communication skills were significantly improved through the training.Conclusion The results of the study suggest that medical film and television productions combined with scenario-based simulation training is an effective educational tool to improve residents'communication skills and promote the doctor-patient relationship.This approach not only enhances physicians'empathy and emotional resonance,but also improves their cultural sensitivity and overall competence.In addition,through timely feedback and coaching,
