摘　　要：加强师德建设具有重要的现实意义。教师为推进素质教育 ,必须自觉加强自身的道德建设。应更新教育观念 ,具有更强烈的责任意识和对学生的爱心 ,懂得尊重学生。要锐意进取 ,勇于创新 ,改革教学内容和方法。要以大局为重 ,也要注意生活小节 ,为学生做出表率。有关教育部门也应该采取有力措施规范教师的师德。It is very important to strengthen teachers' moral construction.In order to improve quality education,teachers must strengthen their own moral construction consciously.Teachers should renew education conception,have great responsibility and love,know how to respect students.Teachers also should be innovative,reform teaching contents and methods,put emphasis on overall situation,also on small matters concerning personal life,and be an good example for students.Education departments should also take powerful measures to norm teachers' moral.
